It looks like your package is still in transit - it has been 6 weeks, so this is taking a little longer than usual, so I am wondering if it has been lost - do you know if Israel is having delivery issues with the war going on? Hi April! Sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with our insoles. It does sound like your foot ailment is more severe. We recommend adding on extra ramps, or combining them with our Shoe Bubble orthotics to increase the thickness and increase offloading of pressure. Placement is also key in these situations. For a Morton's Neuroma, you want to place the ramps so that the front edge drops off right before your pain point. Hi Merry! We are very sorry to read that you are unhappy with the shipping cost. We are a small business and we do the best we can to make shipping affordable by covering part of the shipping cost for our customers for orders under $35 and by fully covering the shipping cost for orders over $35 within the US. For the heel lifts, a $15 item, our cost to ship within the US is actually close to $7.50 (about $5 in postage paid directly to USPS and about $2.50-$3 in fulfillment costs), however you can see in your order that we only charged $4 to you for the shipping. Hope this helps in understanding. Unfortunately, shipping costs have gone up over the years!

[email protected] Don't worry, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you choose to return them. Do you mind if we ask a few questions and try to help out? We are wondering if somehow you got a defective pair. When you first received them did they feel really sticky to the touch or not? If not, they may be defective. If they were originally sticky, but now they're not, did you know that they're washable? You can put them under warm water, scrub the dirt off with your fingers and set them out to dry - the adhesive regenerates. If they feel sticky to the touch after washing, but do not stay in place in your shoes, it could be something else - If the shoes have any dirt or shoe powder in them - this will cover the adhesive, making it not sticky anymore until washed again. So, it's important to make sure the shoes are clean of dirt and shoe powder before sticking the insoles down. There are of course a few types of synthetic materials that our insoles just don't stick as well to. An option for these shoes is to place our insoles underneath the liner in the shoe (if the liner is removable and not fully glued in). Another option is to use double sided tape in these situations. Double sided tape makes for a semi-permanent solution to adhering the insoles to a specific pair of shoes vs. the washable/movable adhesive. We would be happy to mail you a couple pieces of double sided tape at no cost to you if you think this will be a good solution for your needs. If you think the pair is defective, we are happy to send replacement insoles and some double sided tape to make the pair that is defective useful for you to be able to stick them into a pair of shoes. This is taking a bit longer than usual and we will definitely re-ship your order right away if this is your wish. Or, we can cancel your order, provide a refund and you can refuse the shipment when it arrives.
