Hi Daphne, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and want to clarify the situation regarding your recent purchase. Unfortunately, our policy does not allow for returns of wigs that have been used for several weeks. We sincerely tried to address your concerns by offering you a new wig at a discounted price or a partial refund, but we understand these options were not acceptable to you. We also noted that you issued a dispute for a full refund, which unfortunately was not resolved in your favor. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Soul Lady Wigs
