Very positive and informative phone conversation today. Reviewed every concern that I had previously sent to the original salesperson. Agent promised to continue working with me to guarantee a good relationship with my expensive hearing aids.

Unexpectedly shut down
We almost got it all but she run out of time. - I had gotten up but made a mistake and I shut things down and I lost the use of the vibe app. Eventually I will be happy when I get this back running.

Phone Orientation for my new hearing aids

Thank you for helping my mom hear again!
Kairey was extremely nice and very accommodating to us regarding some issues we kept running into trying to make an appointment to get trained on using the hearing aids. She explained everything extremely well (very knowledgeable about the hearing aids, how to care for them, the warranty, plus more) and, also, forwarded a recap of everything that we went over which I appreciate very much. The hearing aids are completely easy to use, along with the app, also. They are so small and inconspicuous that my friend thought they had fallen out of my mom’s ears! My mom no longer has to keep asking what someone is saying and doesn’t have to have the tv on an extremely high volume! Thank you so much, Kairey! I’d, also, like to thank Derek, the sales person, who helped walk us through the sale to help us pick out the best hearing aids for mom’s needs. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects from the types of hearing aids available to helping us get a loan for my mom.
