Good day Jon, Thank you for the 4 star rating and your feedback, we do truly appreciate it. I am sorry that you felt your experience could have been better. Our records indicate that you sent in an email request on product recommendations, Ryan sent you that information. We then had an online order come through over the weekend and we processed your order on 11/9/2020, Jenna sent the order confirmation and lead time to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. That email contained the lead time on the material, as does the product information page when the material was ordered. I will be following up with an email containing these items to the auto group email you listed. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or I can further assist. I do sincerely apologize if the notification email was stuck in a spam / junk file. Wishing you a wonderful day, be safe, be well. Julie Fitchet CEO / President 717.262.7233 [email protected]

Good day RN, Thank you very much for the review and feedback. I am sorry to hear you had difficulty understanding our instructions / diagrams. From the research we were able to do, we think this is Ryan N., having sent through your question on 11/6/2020 at 6:41 pm. It looks as if Kellen Beaver, our Corporate sales manager responded, Monday, 11/9/2020 at 9:35 am, when we reopened from being closed over the weekend, his brief email answered your question of which side of the material was to be applied in which direction. I am very sorry if this response got stuck on a junk folder or spam file. We will have our web content team take a look at seeing if we can create a comparison chart or something similar to help quickly answer questions. We are more than happy to discuss this further, please feel free to call Kellen Beaver at 717.262.7229 or toll free 800.558.2058. Thank you again, be safe, be well. The Soundproof Cow Team

Good day Richard, I wanted to first let you know that we have received all three of your 1 start reviews, the original and the 2 edited reviews (although, I am having a hard time finding what was edited) . I am very sorry to hear that you were treated in this manner, we will be discussing this issue with Justin. I also wanted to offer for you to speak with Kellen Beaver, he is our Corporate Sales Manger, his email is [email protected] or feel free to call him toll free at 800.558.2058, or his direct line of 717.262.7229. When not doing a construction project mitigating sound issues is a bit more difficult but we will be happy to help you navigate through our products, to hopefully find a good fit for your project. We do pride ourselves on honesty, so if we truly don't have material that would be beneficial then we would rather be honest than have money wasted. Kellen would be happy to help you with this. I am also available to discuss this further, please call me directly 717.262.7233 or email me at [email protected] Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. Wishing you a wonderful day, be safe, be well. Julie Fitchet President / CEO
