Shipping was on time, everything was alright with the packaging. delivered in perfect condition. Their customer service is second to none, an employee ( Hi Dave ! ), even e-mailed me to check if everything was to my liking, I highly recommend Sound Shoppe NYC.

First off, they carry the harder to find, more unique pedals. I appreciate what they’re doing. 2nd, their prices are really fair. 3rd, they’re very responsive and actually care if you’re satisfied. I tell anybody who listen to check this place out.
