Thank you for your feedback, Jon. At Sourgum, transparency is a top priority, and we strive to keep our customers informed about all pricing and potential fees in our order confirmations. Overage charges from the disposal facility are something we must unfortunately pass along when they occur. We assure you the tickets are provided to us by state regulated facilities. We appreciate your understanding and hope to service you again.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Moshe. We advised you that all inclusive pricing included the weight limit of 3 tons and included rental days within your rental. If you were to go over the included weight we advised that you would be responsible for the extra materials that were disposed of at the facility. The final weight in the container was 5.75 tons which made you responsible for 2.75 tons of weight. Our goal is to provide clear and transparent information to our customers, helping them understand the factors that contribute to their final bill. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out.
