I ordered 20 dumpsters before by far the worst experience! they lie with their weights and are overpriced only used them Because they were available on short notice never will again

Unfortunately, we do have to pass on overage fees from the disposal facility when they occur. Moving forward, we will revisit our order confirmation communications and ensure that our customers are provided with all information they need when placing an order.

The appointment was easy to set up and the pick up too. They have excellent customer service also. If you got junk, get a dumpster from Sourgum waste company!!!!

Miscommunication
We had reserved a dumpster and was delivered timely. I had to extend two days more and they said it was okay, charged $20 a day… they came at around 6-11am early the second day. Couldn’t throw some stuff I was planning to dispose in the afternoon. Other than that, it was all great. So specify when you want it removed.

When scheduling pickups, we currently use a live dispatching system where schedules are built the morning-of, based on logistics. Demo project
Luchiano provided me with two dumpsters for a demo project on my home. The driver who delivered the dumpsters, did a great job of protecting my paver driveway by placing planks under the wheels of the dumpster. These guys are great and I would definitely use them again. Price was right!

Setting up was pretty easy
Setting up was pretty easy, but closing out was very difficult. It took a lot of time and emails to get a final invoice.

Sometimes, the disposal facility takes too long to provide a final dump ticket which causes a delay in our invoicing - fortunately that is not the norm!
