I’ve verified with the seller that your product was shipped, but it looks like it hasn’t been claimed yet. Please also check your spam folder for the RSI delivery email, as it may have been filtered there. Since you already initiated a dispute, I’m arranging for your order to be cancelled and refunded. I’m in touch with the seller, and the refund will be processed as soon as the delivery is officially cancelled. EDIT Sept 11th: Reviewing with the seller, you have already claimed the product to your account, so no refund should be required.
