I bought the Reviver FC5001 on April 10 of this year while in Las Vegas. When I got home I registered the product and charged it. When I went to use it the head would not spin. I have reached out to Customer Service several times and have called the store where I purchased the product. So far, no response. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I am very satisfied with the company. They were professional. They got back to me about my questions. Then they followed up with a phone call to see how things were going, and they sent the product in a timely way and a printing label to return something that I needed to return. I am very pleased and would recommend them to friends.

Extremely high pressure sales tactics in Cancun airport. Lots of bait and switch and double talk. Sales people will corner you in the back of the store and block your exit. They tell you you are only paying the 16% taxes (of which if you are a US resident you will be 9% back - which is true but they make you think that you are getting over half of the taxes back but in fact, it is only 9% of the 16%) and the product is “free” however then your card is charged for literally thousands of dollars and they rush you through the signing of the receipt so you don’t notice what you are being charged. Additionally, they do not offer any refunds, which is on the receipt, but is never mentioned in the sales pitch and they hurry you through the signing. First the have you sign in pesos and with Spanish then in dollars and in English. Awful awful company, do not recommend and PLEASE AVOID GOING INTO THEIR STORES - they WILL SCAM you!!

As the manufacturer, we don't run or control the sales conduct at individual retail locations, but blocking someone's exit, misleading tax math, and rushing people through signing in a way designed to obscure what they're agreeing to is not something we're willing to just distance ourselves from. This needs to be looked into directly. If you're willing, could you share the specific store name or location within the Cancun airport? We want to investigate this specifically, not just note it generally. Thank you for taking the time to warn others — that matters, even though we wish this hadn't happened to you in the first place.

SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! Do NOT purchase. RUN from the aggressive sales pp !!!! They sold me a red light product that does NOT work for thousands of dollars — saying I can return in 30 days. They won’t return !!!! I have called customer service numbers that do NOT work!! Ron the sales rep wrote on my receipt “return in 30 days” and I did not sign the no return. No one will return it!!! They do not answer phone calls!!!! Read other reviews — it’s true it’s A SCAM!!! The 5 star reviews are fake reviews I researched this — all fake. Products that do NOT work, aggressive sales people, saying u can return, then won’t let you return SCAM!!!!!

I hear how angry and let down you are, and I want to respond to the specific, concrete parts of this directly rather than just apologize in general. A written return note on a receipt from a sales rep is something that should be honored — if Ron wrote "return in 30 days" and that wasn't followed through on, that's a real problem, not a misunderstanding. Please keep that receipt; it matters. On the phone numbers not working — that's something we need to know about specifically, because if a listed support number that you were given is incorrect we'd like to know. Could you tell us which number(s) you tried? Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the receipt, Ron's name, and where this purchase happened, and reference this review. We want this looked into directly, not brushed aside.

I purchased the SpaceTouch reviver with the pain relief head. Initially it worked beautifully. It had gotten rid of pain in my back where nothing else was effective. Shar was my contact when dealing with SpaceTouch. She was amazing to deal with until they got my money, and a lot of it. The device worked well for the first 2 to 3 weeks, but quit being effective as the red light started to flicker and it would not produce heat anymore. Shar sent me a new pain relief head, but after another 2 to 3 weeks, it had the same issues. I’ve reached out to the company several times since, but with no response. Her phone line disconnects as soon as I call. They don’t respond to emails. The large amount of money I paid for the product, I might as well have thrown in the garbage. I can’t say that I’ve ever been more disappointed in a company that I am with them.

Real pain relief that nothing else had given you, only to have the head fail, then fail again the same way — flickering, no heat — is a legitimate pattern, not just bad luck, and we don't want to brush past that. We understand you've since received additional replacement heads, and we genuinely hope the current one is holding up without the same issue. If it isn't, please reach out again and reference this review directly so it gets priority attention — you've more than earned that after this many rounds.

My original Jupiter device had an issue and it wasn't working. It had a lifetime warranty. I contacted Spacetouch in January and attempted to get the unit sent back and repaired, After continually trying to get help from customer service to no avail and pretty much being ignored, I contacted you one more time and finally got a response. I did get a replacement. It took close to 3 months.

Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry — three months and having to keep pushing just to get a response is not how a lifetime warranty claim should go. Being ignored for that long isn't acceptable, even though we're glad it was ultimately resolved. We appreciate your persistence, and more importantly, your patience through it. We're working on making sure warranty claims don't require multiple attempts and months of waiting to get a response.
