I ordered on Nov. 29th, still no shipping confirmation. Emailed customer service with very generic responses and promises that I’ll receive my order before the holidays. I’m very doubtful and very disappointed. All my other Black Friday orders have long since arrived.

I like many placed an order on December 3. I have ordered many times from spanx and usually receive my orders within 2 to 3 days. It has now been almost two weeks. My order has not even been shipped yet and every time I email customer service, they keep telling me it will be shipped out next week! Something is wrong here. At this point, the Canada post strike is irrelevant as the first order I placed just after the strike started came by UPS. Terrible customer service. Please don’t waste your money. I bought Christmas gifts that I sadly now have to buy somewhere else and I’m out $200.00. I’m so frustrated and disappointed in such a reputable company.

I paid for expedited shipping and received a damaged pair of jeans. I wrote Spanx within 20 minutes of receiving the damaged product and it's been several days with no response. There is literally no way to reach this company. They'll just keep sending you to different links and emails. I have no jeans and I am out the expedited shipping fee. SHAMEFUL!

I tried to cancel an order within their cancel time frame (1 hour as stated on their site). The site wouldn't allow me to cancel saying that request was outside the allowed time, even though I immediately hit the cancel button option upon receiving an order confirmation. I wrote customer service within minutes and they said they cannot change or cancel the order. They said I can return it, BUT... the site automatically populated my order with a wrong address. I'm not even sure how this happened... I received a confirmation number directly after going to the cart. I don't know if I accidentally hit a payment button, but there was no screen to review my order. They are fast to take your money and don't seem to care whether you get the product or not.

Bought the Air essentials Tunic in Smoke to match the pants I bought in the same color just two weeks prior, and the colors dont match. There IS NO WAY TO RETURN ITEMS TO SPANX. Beware! They say to drop it off at a Fedex location or an approved fedex drop site, Walgreens, and they told me to do so and provided that Walgreeens address. The item was scanned as a USPS item and they said Fedex would not pick it up. This is the worst scam for returns ever. We will NEVER buy from the spanx website again.

I paid $25 for 2 day delivery. The package took 5 days to be delivered. Spanx is ignoring all of my emails requesting a refund for the 'expedited' delivery

Price quality does not worth at all Expensive products and material does not worth it I have bought undie tectable briefs and after circa 6 months were completely ruined. I washed them following instructions and with due care Material is not good and they are expensive They fit very good and do not roll and I bought more but then I found out the material is not good and do not worth at all and I did not find in the site how to convey my experience showing photos. It is not a friendly site to hear the voice of the customer. So I have used Trus Pilot

I ordered a pair of raved-about pants that were final sale. They arrived and were everything people said, perfect fit, impossibly soft and flattering. However on both back pockets there are NOTICEABLE circular marks/stains. I took a picture and they said they would replace them and sent a return label. I replied that I was very disappointed as this is my first order and due to the hundreds of reviews I felt confident enough to plan an outfit for an important work event around them, and that now with less than 24 hours I have to come up with something else. You know…FEEDBACK. I print the label and pack the pants up, only to be told in a later email that she CANCELED THE RETURN LABEL. I’m sorry, WHAT?! How in any universe is that a solution. I still have to return them, though now at my own expense, and wait for a refund, and wait for the replacement, so why would you add multiple steps for no reason. I’m so annoyed I’m going to keep the pants and I will never order from them again.
