Todd the owner of Spec fiction is outstanding to work with. My Inart Legolas head came damaged and Inart was not willing to send a replacement. But Todd was able to get his head repaired by a local artist to who was able and touch up the paint on his nose. And my Legolas figur has never looked better. Thank you Todd and Spec for always looking out for me.

Sehr guter Shop. Empfehlenswert.

I have recently purchased a JND Statue of John Wick from Specfiction and the reason for my 5 star review is that from speaking to Todd at the beginning has been an excellent experience. Nothing has been too much trouble from answering any of my concerns to even double boxing my statue for despatch as I requested. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase anything from them again and I would highly recommend them to any statue collector. Daniel

Specfiction is a unique company servicing the collectors needs. I've been dealing with Spec from 2020 and to date Todd (Owner) has delivered on the goods. Spent over 100K thus far and every transaction was a breeze. From hard to get items, Todd has come through each and every time. If I needed to cancel an item, no issues. Todd's whole team are able and willing to go the extra mile for you. Just one of the many reasons I stick to Spec Fiction. Deliveries are smooth and prompt once the item ships from a manufacturer. Definitely a five star plus establishment catering to every collectors needs.

This “company” is a scam. They ghost you and won’t communicate shipment status properly. They “sell” things they don’t even have in inventory and never update you nor follow up on inquiries. That BS “quarter shipment” type of business they promote is VERY suspicious. What a disappointment.

Excellent experience! Todd and the team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. Communication was clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. My item arrived safely, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely order from them again.
