This so called delivery company was paid to deliver an axle to my boat trailer repair guy 3 weeks ago. It was only 125 miles away. Turns out, they’ve lost the axle. Have they offered to find another one and deliver it? No. Have they offered to return delivery fees? No. Do not use this company for any reason.

I worked for them at the warehouse as a package handler and man the stuff i have seen and the manager allowed it; I won't work for them ever again they could pay $40 an hour and i still won't go back!

The delivery drivers are very unreliable, often leaving packages in unsecured locations where they can easily be lost or stolen. I've had my packages go missing twice. Additionally, their customer service is poor; they keep you on hold for extended periods and rarely resolve the issues.

I always use Speedee unless they're closed. They truly are the fastest and their customer experience is excellent. The drivers and dispatch are very nice.
