Love the games but it takes too long to redeem. And you can't talk to anyone at all I have sent several e mails with no response. I have not been able to play for days because I cam waiting for them to add a new card. And I have no clue where my latest redemption is.

I enjoy the website, and the variety of different games. Slots, fish games a little bit of everything, they have some decent deals too, but I have never been able to get a hold of a customer service worker. I email, but I don't get a response. I sent some AMOE letters, over a month ago on like april 23rd. They have it set up nicely so they save your codes and everything, and you are able to see when they update from awaiting entry to awaiting payment. However it doesn't really matter how good the tracking is if we never end up receiving the SC drop in our account. I have been trying to speak to someone for a week, so I can figure out what is going on. Honestly, besides this hiccup with the delayed AMOE with no stated timeline and no way to speak to anyone about it its a five star site in my opinion.

Bought the $20 for $40 couldn’t even get one bonus another horrible casino UPDATE: still no bonuses or winning anything but they offered a deposit match which I have not used but they are a generous casino at least.

I like the site but it's been all day since I submitted an email informing the help team that I never got credited for an $100 purchase. I'm writing this review because it seems they respond here faster than the three emails I've sent already through their customer support email. TBD...

I purchased a package but never got the free wheel, I complete missions but the progress bar stays at 0 and I get no rewards, so I email support and it takes forever to get a response, so I send them a bunch of emails to try to gain their attention and Finally I get a response, they say they will look into it, they did, they give me my wheel and filled my progress bar for missions but the missions gave no reward. I log back in the site and now none of the games work!! Like nothing, all other tabs work, but when I press on any game it’s just does absolutely nothing. I email again and ask what is going on? They respond asking me to explain, I reply within 5 minutes and I find my self waiting another day for a response… The Only way I see this being resolved is if I get refunded and compensated for my wasted time and energy. EDIT: Spinfinite as of now has resolved my issue by starting the process for my deposit refund and compensating me with x amount of SC. While the experience started off frustrating due to slow support and technical problems, they did make an effort to fix the problem, and that is appreciated. I’m updating my rating to 3 stars for now, and if everything runs smoothly moving forward, I’ll consider increasing it further.
