I have been dealing with verification every single redemption and they email me back saying sorry this is the last time you’ll go through this. This time they want the hard physical card for purchases I made using my virtual card. Anyone else have issues with them?

I have uploaded the necessary info for verification. They are asking me for verification of a debit card that I didn't even use. They keep denying my drivers license. I am now trying to upload my passport but now the verification button won't work! Extremely frustrating. I put a lot of money into this website and want my winnings, which are way less then what was deposited!

The verification for redemption process is taking way too long. I uploaded all correct documents and they still can’t verify that my address matches my License ID in a timely manner so I can start the process…. You have to get verified before you can redeem…. Like just put the SC on the exact same account I’ve spent thousands on already … ridiculous…. I may change my two star if I get my redemption in the next 24hrs

So I’m returning to this review because I do not feel like a good conscience I can leave a five star. I am no longer gonna be a customer with these guys. So I’ll tell you that the site is “real” it’s not a scam. You will get your money eventually. But this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on a sweepstake site. The communication is just awful. When you finally get a response it sounds ai. The games are fine but the “pop up” offers are ridiculous and are constantly in the way and almost impossible not to click and it ruins your rhythm and I truly think that’s the intention. Players are encouraged to leave a positive review for free SC if that should tell you anything. I would not play on here and to be honest I don’t think this site will survive and there’s a ton of options out there. The 72hr redemption process is terrible the only reason it’s there is so that you cancel it. This is their emails regarding redemptions it sounds almost encouraged to cancel it. “During this time you can decide to reverse your redemption which will credit your SC balance back straight away for you to enjoy.” “If you do nothing during this time, your redemption will leave the system and be with you via your bank shortly afterwards”. To me that’s like (come on dude caaaancel). Move on guys. Even though the redemptions are real something about the site just isn’t right. 2 stars instead of my previous 5 star. You guys don’t communicate and you just don’t seem like you care to be completely honest. The response they will give to this post is the most communication you’ll get out of them.

Vault rewards and random coins make me check back multiple times a day; it’s like a small, exciting game within the game itself, keeping things interesting. Works fine for me.

Such a shame, because this website used to be absolutely amazing. They offer daily "happy hour" deals that are genuinely generous (ie: $50 for 75SC). However, without any prior warning, they placed a purchase limit on my account, saying, "You've reached your buy coins limit of $1.00 for the current month and cannot buy coins today." I tried reaching out to customer support on three different occasions, receiving automated verfications they received my emails, only to be ignored. I think I won too much money on their website/cashed out too frequently, which is why they decided to limit my purchasing ability:( Would highly recommend taking advantage of their deals while you can, just don't expect to be on their website for too long.

Nothing is really free unless you buy lots of misleading emails and so called bonuses
