Purchased my 3rd chair from SpinLife. There was a discrepancy with the chair I purchased. It was a big hassle before it got straightened out. Plus, it took almost 2 months before the right one was delivered. I appreciate that SpinLife corrected their mistake, but it would have been nice if it could have been corrected sooner. The chair is wonderful and why it's my 3rd!

The lift worked perfectly! Thank you. I weigh 110 lbs. and was able to lift a 180 lb. patient by myself with no problem.

Bought this chair for our Dad, and bought the best one and didn't quibble over the price. Now in the second year of use the remote control has a wiring problem that appeared in the mid-section of the cord where no apparent stress points are present, and it is not covered under warranty. It seems to me that you should have at least given a discount due to the chair not being that old, or even replaced for free the first time. It may have been a defective cord but no consideration was given to that possibility. I hope the chair does not present problems in the near future. As in most cases the print is so small and terms etc. so lengthy I did not read completely but agreed just to be able to send you these comments,Thank you

Christine & John - I am sorry that you experienced issues with the remote control and a replacement was required after the warranty period. I am also sorry that the warranty terms and conditions were not fully understood. We typically have coupons available for use, which I do not believe you took advantage of; therefore, so we will be issuing you a credit within the next day or two.
