The purchase of my Afkim scooter went smoothly and the delivery was fast. The problem came with faulty batteries and battery life indicator. The battery replacement was not sufficient to solve the problem, and even thought the repair technician suspected the battery life indicator was also broken, he was not able to get authorization for the new part. This has required even more phone calls to log the problem, a very lengthy wait on the part and the repair still has not been scheduled. We have been trying to resolve this problem since shortly after purchase which was early November and it is now mid February.

Personnel was very helpful when I called to order remote for lift chair. Delivery was received in the time expected. Price was a little more than expected, and would be my only complaint. Very good experience overall.
