the power chair broke down 3 times over the next week. I called the company and I was told Would have to pay for a technician to come out. That was after 3 days of delivery. I was also told that the extra in house service was just for parts. This is supposed to be a reliable company. I Question that. I feel tottally ripped off. I need it repaired, am waiting to have technician come and will then have to fight the charges.

Dear Norman, We apologize for any misinformation that was given to you in regards to repairs of your LiteRider Envy power wheelchair. We have sent a service technician under your SpinLife service contact and you were not charged for that service call. The service technician reported the unit was working properly when he left your home. You are a valued customer of SpinLife and it is our hope that we can continue to assist you with your future mobility needs. Sincerely, SpinLife Customer Service

It was very easy to order and we got it in less than a week. The company that delivered it was great. Very personable driver that unloaded my Prowler and made sure it was in pristine condition. I am very happy with the service we received all the way around.
