LOREN T.
I had ordered a scooter. After a day I found a better one I liked. And I ask to cancel the order . A guy said I will have to my supervisor and the next day he replied yes it could be cancelled. So I waited a week and ordered a different one. I got a message saying they both had shipped. I tried and tried to tell someone. Finally it took a few days. Oh wait I got a text I would be paying 700 to send the one I had cancelled back. Thei went on and finally they went over the phone records and seen I was right. I had cancelled it. But now I can’t get anyone to get hold of the Bread finance and tell them it was cancelled. Bread is still wants to charge me for it I did get a message and they said they were sorry this happened , it should have never happened in the first place. But they still won’t tell bread fiancé it was cancelled. This was the worse headache ever. Spinlife won’t even give me a credit after they made this huge mistake. I will certainly never give a good word on them you would think they would have sent me a written apology. And at least knocked some off the price. This is on the lowest of me scale. They don’t even take Care of their costumes. I’m not happy at all with them. They totally screwed me over. I was sick cause I thought I was going to have to pay. They weren’t very nice about it. I’m sorry. I will not give a good review on SpinLife. They were really dirty to me. My thoughts Connie & Loren Tarrant

Jeff was extremely helpful with the guidance and information he provided. We were looking at transport and lightweight wheelchairs. After sharing with him what we needed it for and how it would be used, he recommended the transport wheelchair and why it was the best fit. Jeff was friendly, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions and concerns.
