I oredered 2 tires for my wheelchair in mid-July, I did not receive them until Sept 11. I was tolkd they were on back order, 7 weeks? I bought from you guys before and I received my parts in a couple of days. While waiting my worn out tires developed a flat. I had to use one of my new tubes . Four days later when I got my new tires I must have punctured my new tube, so now I am driving around with a flat tire. I have no choice I have to work. So I ordered a new tube 9/14, hopefully I won't have to wait 7 weeks again. Pissed.

We had a bad experience with service originally with Spin Life, but they have now explained to us what was going on and we have received our parts and accommodations. Hope to use them again in the future.

The medium wide chair is as expected and very comfortable. The only free delivery charge left the chair outside on the sidewalk. It was difficult and stressful to find someone to help move it into the apartment.

We have been trying to get a pool lift for almost 2 years only to have excuse after excuse in getting it manufactured and shipped. We lost everything in the Camp Fire and rebuilt in another town and installed a pool and my handicapped daughter (61) has been having to sit in her wheelchair and look at it all this time. We will be so grateful to receive your product.

I'd give this company five stars if their service were half as good as the product. My wheelchair was fine for several years, but things wear down over time, and of course, you have to order replacement parts. That'd be a LOT easier to do if anyone ever followed through on e-mail that's sent, or requests for product pricing info right through their own website. After-the-sale customer service has to be as much of a focus as the product itself.
