Very very frustrated .... I have never had a site that has not been able to verify me and then shut down my account with the money I did just win when I did nothing wrong!!! What a shame and disappointment... I didn't not violate any of these terms there sole decisions on shutting me about down was I did not pass internal check point after staggljng me along talking to support and emailing them which is what they told me to do so I could get verified just to shut my account down and tell me I can't withdrawal my money after playing hours through a play through of 1500 dollars.... I wouldn't play here they obviously don't want to pay by the way they dealt with me

I give it 4 stars because of the wait time for KYC and payout. Although, they did pay me on a no deposit sign up with 100 free spins. And I think the playthrough was like 9k!! Lol wild. But somehow I accomplished that feat, and was able to get to the $100 max cashout. It took about 12 days I reckon, for the whole process to be complete. The verification took a whole week. Which is the longest I've ever had to wait with any sweeps casino. But it is what it is, and after all, they paid me. So I'm grateful for that. But I wouldn't deposit with them. Because the payout took so long. I like my money instantly. 😅

I joined Spinstopia about 4 weeks ago and have had so much fun. For the low rollers like myself , I have had plenty of huge wins on low bets on my favourite games such as " Escape the North" , " Mask of the Golden Sphinx, Fjords Fortune". My ID verification was pretty fast and straight forward and my Withdrawals completed in 3 business days. I won $4000 last week and another $3000 this week. I absolutely love this casino.

i liked that you guys actually paid me accordingly, i claimed free play with a MCO of $100 and withdrew it and it took a few weeks which was kind of annoying but still received the money to my wallet today 🕺

Hi WsWicced. Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear your withdrawal was completed successfully and appreciate your patience during the process. First-time account verification can sometimes extend withdrawal times, but your next transactions should be quicker. We hope your next experience is even smoother!

They are one of the fastest and nicest places I've played.

Well, it started off cute and sweet. Until I won at that point, it became extremely hard to acquire an agent to speak with, and they are choosing to take a full seven days to even verify my account and refuse to provide any updates. Any logical responses. They give the usual stalling tactics such as will notify you by email when a decision has been made or an update is available for your account complete and utter shenanigans as usual as they’ve become known to behave. I really really really enjoyed the online gaming casino community in the beginning but as of lately they become really shady, very stingy it’s become damn near impossible to win, and when you do the black volume and take away all of your sentences and all of your coupons and all of your journey and all of your statuses and everything until you basically deposit what you want from their site Phone at its finest, but yeah, they’re refusing to verify my account in order to enable withdrawal and it’s becoming a headache at this point and I’ll probably never gamble here ever again and I suggest you don’t either!

Hi GamblingBae. Thank you for your feedback. We understand that waiting for verification can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to withdraw. While most verifications are processed quickly, some cases require a manual review, which can take a bit longer. Our support team did provide you with the correct timeframes and tried to assist you during your chat visits, though some sessions ended before we could help further. We take all player concerns seriously, and we’re committed to offering a secure and fair environment. We appreciate your patience as our verification team works to complete the process as quickly as possible.
