The product came packaged better than anything I’ve ever purchased. It was a 95 degree day and my beeswax pellets had not melted!

Wrong item mailed to me
Wrong item mailed to me. I have yet to receive the correct item. Email from company us yet to address this error but focused on my returning the item I did not order. Very disappointing.
