Good morning Mike Miller, You placed your order with us on Wednesday, June 29 at 7:43 pm and spoke with one of our customer service representatives the next morning on Thursday, June 30 who explained that your order would ship by the end of business day on Thursday, June 30. You called back a few hours later wanting a status update. You spoke with another one of our representatives on the same day, Thursday, June 30 at 4:11pm who confirmed that your order was being processed and would be shipped by end of business day. You were informed that you would receive tracking information when processing was complete. You requested that we cancel your order. We cancelled your order at your request, sent you a cancellation confirmation, and instructed our warehouse team to remove your order from our truck. You responded to us via email at 4:22pm that you had placed an order with another company in Nebraska. The accuracy of our customers' reviews is important to us as a company because it gives our new and existing customers an understanding of what to expect from Splash Super Center. We may not always get it right but we do try our best to make every single customer happy. Please take the time to update your review.

My shipment came in one day before it was to be delivered. Hopefully next time I need an order or chlorine tabs for my pool I will find a good price with Splashsupercenter.
