If you purchased one of our newer Spore Isolate Syringes (ISO), this material is prepared differently and may not have the same visual indicators of material as a spore filled (MS) syringe. However, this material is stable, clean, and guaranteed. Contact us using the form on the website and let us know you had difficulty with properly viewing your material, or in reply to your order email and let us know your samples were unsuitable for microscopy and we will make arrangements to provide fresh material ASAP.
