My personal experience, service always has been very good. Customer service department has been excellent, Ivan Monroy always answers and take care of the different needs that my business requires. He is great doing his job.

I must have asked Crystal a million questions since we launched with spoton and at least half of that million she's answered more than once 🤣 yet she is still so informative and patient. All the emails,all the one on ones, and she still is amazing to us. We've had to redo menus and everything and she still helps us. She's amazing.

Customer service is poor. My customers credit cards were being charged twice and calling them was a nightmare. These would gladly fix the charges but it continued with nothing being corrected. I switched merchants and have no problem with that now. They said it was the machine...I got another machine and it still did the same thing. Now I am having a problem because they said I did not cancel with them when I told them three times that I cancelled. I asked that they pull the recorded conversations and they said they cannot do that. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEM..
