These companies are only as good as their employees. My account rep, Jonathan Smith, is an amazing problem solver and partner. Their customer support 800 number has also improved tremendously of late.

I was totally frustrated because as a 64 year old restaurant owner who has no technical capabilities I was at a total loss on what to do your team came to the rescue Kayle, David, James and Germain all where very professional and calming with keeping me from blowing my stack. They also offer educational opportunities and tutorials on how to optimize all the features Spot On has.

Spot on overall has been a great user friendly system. It takes some time to get to understand the back office features, but my support go to guy Jonathan Smith has but amazing in helping us every step of the way!

Nothing but great experiences with our rep Krystle Simms. She is always glad to help out when needed and if there is an issue she can't fix herself, she gets the right people involved. Also follows up on time sensitive issues to ensure they are being addressed. Always a pleasure working with Krystle!

I’ve been with Spoton for a few years now and have been very pleased. They are transparent and are always quick to help with any issues. I have own a salon for 10 years and have gone through many processing company’s and Spoton is by far the best!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've tried multiple times to resolve an issue that still isn't resolved. They will close one case and open another. I would much rather chat on the website since their accents are difficult to understand, but they keep asking me to call. When I call, they still can't figure out why my app/equipment isn't working.
