You need to add a 3rd party provider to do the most basic features (and pay extra for it) which you don’t learn until is too late. Support is not knowledgeable of their own product. With the merge with DoorDash they keep making changes that affect you, but don’t let you know ahead of time. Reporting us very limited and not customizable.

The PoS is not only easy to use, it is nimble and really helps checkout to be a more efficient and insightful process. Adjustable on the fly. Great metrics and insights. Overall, I’m not even using the tool to its full capacity and I love it already.
