Spot Pet Insurance has been a great company to work with. The process and reimbursement speed has been super fast within a few days of filing my claims. Spot was the only insurance we could find that would cover a preexisting condition after a waiting period. They are reasonably priced, and quick on the claim completion. We have filed 2 claims and it has been hassle free and fast! We highly recommend this pet insurance company.

Our dog started feeling ill and we made some vet visits and got some tests done. Spot was quick to review the claim, get what they needed from the vet and process the claim. They didn't give us the run around or cause us any headaches. It was surprisingly easy.
