A great choice for pet insurance.
After doing a lot of research and comparison, I picked Spot. Their rates were competitive and their policies around pre existing conditions are reasonable. They processed several claims with no issues...in fact they covered more than I expected. I recently renewed with a lower deductible and the gold preventive plan. The first wellness/vaccine appointment reimbursement more than covered the cost. I highly recommend them

Super easy process to submit a claim and they process the claims pretty quickly! Really user friendly interface on the app too.

Spot On
I was a little leery of buying insurance for our little cat. When he became ill and I had to take him to the emergency room, I contacted Spot when the bill came back at $1,300. The customer service representative was very helpful and sympathetic. The forms were pretty easy to fill out, and I was quickly paid. I am so glad that I bought Spot!
