There were no forms of credentials or…
There were no forms of credentials or verifications of the product. So it could be a total scam. It smells like some generic cheap perfume when it's supposed to be very natural and Im pretty sure even organic, it's supposed to be extremely artisanal and have many notes, i get one straight generic smell.

Hi Katherine, I’m sorry the fragrance didn’t meet your expectations. Ffern creates natural fragrances inspired by the seasons, using carefully sourced ingredients and traditional artisan techniques. However, fragrance is deeply personal, and we understand that not every composition will suit everyone. We would be happy to provide you with a full refund. Please contact us through our official customer-service channel with your order details so we can arrange this promptly. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make this right.

Hi Paula, thank you for mentioning the quick delivery. I’m sorry the Ffern fragrance wasn’t what you expected. Its earthy character can be quite distinctive, and I understand that it won’t be for everyone. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me directly through Onyx Fragrance. I’d be glad to help with a refund. Brandon, Owner of Onyx Fragrance
