I have been a loyal Sprinkles customer and am willing to pay premium price because the quality has always been consistent and their flavors are on point ! I recently had a Nationwide delivery which FedEx dropped off at the wrong address . The Customer Service at Sprinkles was polite, prompt and professional and issued a refund immediately .

Amazing Cupcakes! I had the Red Velvet and it was excellent. Haley was an excellent server. She was patient and ethusiastic. Oh, did I mention that the cupcake was delicious!
