Never recieved the cameras I ordered

We were about to buy this.. thanks for leaving reviews .. we will stay right away …hope you all get your money back..

ordered 4 cameras after watching a sponsored add on YouTube. The cameras received are not as advertised, do not work, and the refund policy is a waste of time. This is a complete scam. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from my credit card company, even this is not an easy process. Ordered Spyfocus, paid Commerce Cor UAB and received order conformation from CamTrix saying I needed to order SD card? not stated in original advertisement with two English gentlemen, App I was prompted to download was Chinese, go figure! Save you self time and money, avoid these like the plague.

This company is a total scam. Do not buy a security camera from them. Thought I was buying just 1 camera for 19.99 Horrible scammers took £19.99 and £125.88 as a reoccurring payment so in total £145.87 Tried to get this as a reoccurring payment too. I have informed PayPal and my Bank. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAMERA from this site😠

Total scam this company SpyFocus. The cameras don't work, the app doesn't work with the cameras and I have zero chance of getting my £125 back. I wished I hadnt bothered as I could have given this money to a homeless person instead for food.

Needed to contact customer service and gave up. Sent several emails but got same response,obviously never read what I had put and just sent back a standard reply. Also didn't find ut that easy to set up.

This company is a total scam. The cameras are rubbish and the app is even worse. Unfortunately I was one of the probably many unsuspecting mugs who believed that these cameras would work well and that if there were any problems I could get help or get a refund - no such luck. An absolute scam!!

If I could leave less stars I would!! Ordered Spyfocus camera online. Two seconds later I get a call from my banks fraud dept. I had purchased a 39.00 camera but they charged my card $125.00!!! I am LIVID. I called the number it showed on my online bank statement and it led me to a foreign girl who said she'd have someone call me back. Now I had to cancel my card and be inconvenienced because of these SCAMMERS!!! RUN!!!
