Love the picture but I really thought…
Love the picture but I really thought it came framed. That’s my fault. The quality of the boards the canvas is attached to seems a little on the cheap side.

Thank you for your feedback, Mary! We're delighted to hear that you love your portrait! Just to clarify, the mockup images on our website are intended to illustrate how our canvases look, rather than represent the exact construction of the finished product. We offer ready-to-hang canvases stretched over wooden frames, as well as fine art prints for customers who prefer to choose their own decorative frames. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and thank you for choosing Stardora!

Nice production
Nice production. If possible can the upper background be darker so as to bring out more of the people in the upper part of the picture. Can this be done?

I ordered this picture for a friend…
I ordered this picture for a friend whose husband had just passed away, I had ordered the digital and was going to have it printed and framed elsewhere, but it would only fit a 10x12 frame that you offer. Other companies have standard 8.5x11 and the picture would be cut off at the top of heads. So, I ordered the print from you. The original had a blue sky and was lighter overall. The print received is very yellow/orange and dark. My friend was thrilled with it all the same, but I would have liked to have the colors be truer to the original digital version I received.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for trusting Stardora with such a meaningful gift. We're truly touched to hear that your friend was thrilled with the portrait, especially during such a difficult time. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the printed colors and available sizes. While some color differences between digital screens and physical prints can occur due to display settings and printing processes, we understand your expectations and recognize how important it is for the final artwork to reflect the original design as closely as possible. Your comments about color accuracy and compatibility with standard frame sizes are valuable, and we'll share them with our production team as we continue improving our products. We're especially happy to know that the portrait brought joy to its recipient. Thank you again for choosing Stardora and for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback!

The only complaint I have is after I…
The only complaint I have is after I chose the picture and all, it took 2 days for me to receive the review in my email. I knew I loved it, but I needed to be able to see it up close to make sure the face was good. After I got it, the rest was great

We're continuously working to improve our processing times and make the preview experience faster and more convenient for our customers. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support. Thank you for choosing Stardora!

The portrait turned out great
The portrait turned out great. Recipient was deeply touched. Only negative comment I have is the length of time it took for it to be delivered.

Fantastic Product
Although I was not pleased with DHL delivery delays and lack of delivery details, the canvas print is FANTASTIC. I will be placing it on the wall over my late wife’s ashes.
