Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being a longtime customer. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delays and lack of communication regarding your order. We understand how frustrating it is to wait for updates, especially when you were looking forward to planting this season. Our shipping timelines are heavily dependent on crop readiness and inventory quality checks, and while we work hard to provide healthy, viable plants, we recognize that we did not meet your expectations in this case. We also understand your concerns regarding communication. While our team does provide updates based on the information available at the time, we know repeated delays without clear resolution can feel discouraging. Your feedback is important and has been shared with our team as we continue working to improve both our processes and customer experience. We truly appreciate your years of support and are sorry this experience changed your perception of our company. We hope there may be an opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Liam, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though we know it wasn't the one you deserved. You're right to be frustrated, and we're not going to make excuses. We cancelled one item on your order in April due to an shorted situation and processed a refund at that time, but we recognize that doesn't make up for the weeks of uncertainty you experienced waiting for the rest of your order. Telling a customer their plants are shipping "any day now" repeatedly, without delivering on that promise, is not acceptable and we own that. Your remaining items shipped today, May 12th. We've also added a store credit to your account for the trouble this season caused you. We've reached out directly with more details. We've been serving customers for over 200 years and we take reviews like this seriously. We hope the plants arrive healthy, get in the ground on time, and give you years of great harvests. And we hope you'll give us the chance to earn back your trust. — Stark Bros Nursery Customer Care
