I was given a try out pair before I purchased mine. What I got sure isn’t what those were in the AI24. These things pick up more sounds than my previous Signias and nonetheless, the Signias had superior the quality of sound over these Starkey AI24’s Still over a year my audiologist keeps adjusting these things to no avail. I don’t believe they hold the adjustments made. All I know is these things don’t transition between environments and I get the daily workout having to adjust these things over and again. No matter where I’m at and how much I’ve tried to train them to the Edge AI, conversations suck, tv sucks, auditoriums suck, stores suck, live music sucks! Everything seems to overwhelm and overmodulate the microphones. They’re really good at letting background and other noises overwhelm what you want to hear. Biggest half of the time, they sound like a cheap AM transistor radio. Nothing sounds natural at all. Once again, what I tried and what I got are two different things! I’m exhausted of and hate these things! I’m tired of trips to the audiologist for the same things over and again! High price. Poor performance! September 30, 2026 I called Starkey’s Customer Service as instructed. They took my account of what I’ve experienced with my “hearing aids” and took the contact information of my audiologist saying they would contact them and comeback to me with a solution working something out between them and Starkey. As I expected. I’m still waiting on a response from either or both parties. I feel stuck that I paid thousands and will be saddle with this junk until my next purchase. I’m the point of trying otc aids as I have friends raving about their’s.

One or the other aid had to be sent back for repairs multiple times. Still has issues streaming music from phone - I’ve given up on sending them back.

i find my hearing aids are not clear.when i go for service he said if not better come back ,but always the same not good. when other talk it is hard to understand,i keep saying what what.some people are ok

The aids increase volume but I have a hard time understanding people especially females.

Cost, no better than the over the ear model. hard to set up to my iphone.

I initially chose this brand because I believed high price equaled high quality and ease of getting problems fixed. First 2 years were acceptable. Then I had a life changing accident and because I was in 3 facilities with different wireless addresses I did not have use for 3 months. Once they were on the wireless I waited 1 month for a specialist to arrive and try to connect. Unfortunately the rt hearing piece wasnt working and the left sporadically. The temp took the rt piece for repair at the end of January. It is now close to the end of March and I have not been contacted with any news. My hearing is still compromised.

The one thing I needed for my 8 thousand dollar hearing aids was "SPEACH ENHANCMENT." What I got instead is a ton of background noises, some nice like birds others awful like a loud car while driving. I have repeatedly asked this company for help. All they have told me on more than one occasion was reboot app. Which of course I did, more than once. Then they told me to contact my very expensive audiologist for help. Still do not have the ability to hear people talk, even in quiet environments. I hear better without the stupid hearing aids but still am quite deaf. In reading the reviews most of the companies responses are: Contact the Company or See your audiologist. What a cop out. I bought one hearing aid for my deaf ear, three years ago. Couldn't wear it due to the same issue. Got my other hearing aid last year. Same problem with both.

Once I received my hearing aids, I haven't heard from them again nor have I been able to wear them. I was told they would reach out in 1 week, then one montn.... that was October 2025. Its now Feb 2026.... they never have the right person there to help. Front office was nice but no one regularly to deliver or adjust sods
