Really helpful staff. Zero issues with setting up my business address, and months later, when Mercury asked me to meet bizarre requirements, the staff helped me find a solution and open a second bank account as a back up solution. Highly recommend

I had a really great experience with Start in Wyoming throughout the past year. I used their virtual office service for my US LLC, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from the very beginning. What I appreciated most was how helpful and responsive they were whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I especially appreciated their help with getting Wi-Fi installed at the office. They arranged everything quickly and seamlessly, and when I later needed to cancel the service, they even returned the equipment to Spectrum’s office on my behalf. Their team was always responsive, kind, and very accommodating. I genuinely feel that they care about providing great service to their customers. The service didn't worked and i tried to cancel it via email. Instaead of cancel the service, they charged me again before the expire date of the first month. That was unfortunate. UPDATE: They sorted out my problem and refund the account shortly, not too bad as experience overall.
