BRIAN IS THE BEST FOR SURE, I’m up the fact that he explained everything in depth didn’t rush me off the phone. We were on the phone for at least 30 minutes.

My call was handled by someone who clearly mistook their job for a rudeness competition. Their tone was as sharp as their interest in helping: absolutely none. They responded evasively, withheld important information, and seemed more focused on wasting my time than solving anything. If the goal was to make me feel scammed, they achieved it with flying colors. A true masterpiece of terrible service. Congratulations. THIS EMAIL IS FOR BRIAN AMORIM!!
