Myria assisted in helping me close out my account. She was a such great help in doing this! She is an exemplary employee and even went out of her way to call me back when we got disconnected. The company should be very proud to have an employee such as she! I recommend this company very highly!

It took a few back and forth talks with various techs and a customer service contact to get me set up in a service plan that works for me at the best rate, but we got 'er done. Lucas has continued to keep me informed and helps me figure things out.

Easy set-up, user friendly and convenient. I set up my inventory, price points, customer database all in one day. Saving time with Slice gave me time to focus on what really matters- my customers!

Chris Shaw is an amazing rep! He made the process super easy, from signing up, the paper work, to the shipping. Even after that he’s alway readily available to help and responds super fast. The company itself is great, the fees are super reasonable and customer is amazing… so glad I chose this company for merchant services!

Their service sounds like a jackpot, however they will be charge you $400+ for early termination fee within 3 years. Customer support was amazing until I got issues, they gave me false information to avoid conversation. One said someone will give me a call for cancelling service, one said I have to call customer support, one said I have to call the person who was assigned to my account support, and another said I have to email. I did everything and what I got was a threatening-like phone call from one of their customer support. He said, they are going to charge me $400+ early termination fee because I found a better rate from another card processing company. I found the one has much better rate and that was the only way I could avoid paying resiculous amount of termination fee. I found my entire experience for leaving contract from Slice was extremely disappointed and frustrated, for receiving multiple false information to figure the way to reach “someone”. Hideously unprofessional and I wasn’t comfortable communicating all of employees from this company. Avoid them, they will take both of you and your customer’s money for their profit but not willing to help and support your needs

We are crushed that depite our efforts to resolve matters for this customer, they are still unsatisfied. We have reviewed the original sales call and are sure our service was sold honesetly and ethically. We can truthfully state that we lived up to every aspect of our verbal and written agreement. We understand that even in doing so, some people may still desire to go with a competitor and thats fine. We hope Ayako Sato is satisfied with her next merchant services provider.
