The fact that we got no renew letter
The fact that we got an actual letter telling us we wouldn't renewed was the only problem with the process.

Easy to Use (details are a little fuzzy)
My experience with the website was great! Getting set up was easy and the company was smooth to work with. Some more flexibility in terms of options would have been great, but I also appreciated the streamlined experience.
