This was my second call to State Food Safety, after reaching out for some much needed, and time-sensitive, assistance with an exam session technical problem I've been stuck in for over 24-hours. The first call with "Kevin" was not very pleasant. But when I called back the second time, I received great service from "Liz". I was honestly in a very stressful situation that required attention. I felt so hopeless after the first call, but Liz really made my day, and my issue was resolved. I am so thankful for the courtesy and kindness Liz extended to me. Thank you.

I went in for help in live chat and was helped by AIKO. Excellent customer service. It was soo quick that I managed to get my certifications resent to my personal email within seconds!
