Here's the Stauer difference: We don't have wholesalers. We don't pay rent for expensive shops or hire expensive celebrity spokespeople. We go directly to the source and make the product ourselves. Last year we bought 2 million carats of emeralds and 9 million carats of amethyst. The local store might buy 20 or 30 carats a year from wholesalers who mark up their product by about 50%.We’re getting the better deal and we pass the savings on to you. Because at the end of the day, true value comes from leaving $1,600 in your bank account and still being able to own one of nature’s most fascinating gems.Stauer is where you go to honor the triumphs of living. Honoring milestones or celebrating the joy and beauty of the love of your life. It’s the story of history, art, science, of man’s fascination with the beauty of nature. We don’t overcharge you for a little blue box; instead we will take you on the romantic journey of a lifetime.

The products are very cheaply made. Even with incredible deep discounts the price doesn’t match the value and far exceeds it. I am returning my order and hoping that they refund in a timely manner. If not, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a compliant with the BBB.

Placed an order with Stauer on 5/31/2025. Was sent email on 6/3 and 6/12 saying they are waiting for parts. My issue is now I am getting bombarded with emails trying to "sell me the store". Why would I buy more of their products when they can't get the thing I originally purchased?

Second try to get my rings that I ordered 21/2 months ago. They are paid in full, I don't understand why it is taking so long! Stauer offered 3 items for $99 I ordered 3 items for $99 WHERE ARE MY ITEMS? Terri Jordan, Port Orange, Fl.

Survival kit: Good deal! Ordered 5 for gifts. 1st one the watch didn't work, came apart. 2nd one watch came apart and light inop. 3,4,5, work ok, so far. Sent 1st one back 1st week. No response or refund. Would return others but return only within 30 days, otherwise "store credit", (thanks but no thanks). Oh well ...SO! The day after I wrote the above ,a replacement, which all worked, arrived. Oh well (again)

Poor delivery services...15 days and NO sign of my watch. CSRs have no clues exactly where it is. Won't refund or send another watch...Disappointing...

Your lack of information about the watch is astounding. The printed material is virtually useless without a very powerful magnifying glass. Not a clue on how to properly size the band.

Please let us know which watch you are referring to and we can share more information. The information online should be easy to read.

I purchased a meteorite bracelet. It fell apart. They did replace it. The second one fell apart too. Purchased a Man of Steel bracelet. The flimsy lobster clasp bent to the point that I was able to catch it just before to fell off. Jury is still out on my watches. Fine so far. Keeping my fingers crossed.
