Here's the Stauer difference: We don't have wholesalers. We don't pay rent for expensive shops or hire expensive celebrity spokespeople. We go directly to the source and make the product ourselves. Last year we bought 2 million carats of emeralds and 9 million carats of amethyst. The local store might buy 20 or 30 carats a year from wholesalers who mark up their product by about 50%.We’re getting the better deal and we pass the savings on to you. Because at the end of the day, true value comes from leaving $1,600 in your bank account and still being able to own one of nature’s most fascinating gems.Stauer is where you go to honor the triumphs of living. Honoring milestones or celebrating the joy and beauty of the love of your life. It’s the story of history, art, science, of man’s fascination with the beauty of nature. We don’t overcharge you for a little blue box; instead we will take you on the romantic journey of a lifetime.

Bought a Men's Legendary Dragon Ring SKU #WB583. The ring broke out my finger with a red rash. Stauer refunded all my money. I am happy for that instance. Have bought many items of jewelry and watches and knives. Most of the items have been good. I have had some watches that the plating has come off.Overall pretty satisfied with most items. Still buying from Stauer. I have had to send some items back, but Stauer usually makes things right.

Love their unique watches. Great products for a very fair price.

I used to be impressed with Stauer and planned to purchase a ring from them. Between the time I spent waiting on the phone to one of your representatives and an extensive amount of questioning about the ring purchase, I became very discouraged with the approach you use. I do not plan to deal with your company again. Your representatives need to be trained better!! I received a call from Billie, a customer service supervisor, to address my experience with Stauer. She was very helpful and I went ahead and ordered a ring. I do appreciate the way she handled my original experience.

I was gifted the 1920s Retrograde Watch last year. I had my doubts about it, as I usually don't wear quartz watches. But it works on your favor here. It's reasonably accurate without a sweep second hand and fun to watch at 1159 to 1200.
