Sapphire ResortsReviews of staysapphire.com

I deeply regret allowing myself to be swayed by their pitch. Paying for this membership ends up being much more expensive than directly booking trips to any destination independently, and they refuse to cancel my account.

I regret ever dealing with Sapphire Resorts. They lied and used high-pressure, shady tactics just to get me to sign up. Once I was in, I couldn't even use the membership because there was never any availability. It’s completely useless. They take your money, ignore your complaints, and send collectors to come after you, even though their product does not work at all. Do not waste a single penny on this company.

Scammy sales tactics and impossible to cancel I was straight-up lied to about this membership when I bought it. I haven't used this timeshare a single time, but Sapphire refuses to cancel my account. They want me to pay thousands of dollars for something I was tricked into buying. Whenever I ask to speak to a manager to get this resolved, they brush me off—yet they have no problem having people blow up my phone every day demanding money. Total trap. Do not do business with these people.

Complete scam Honestly, save yourselves the headache and stay far away from Sapphire Resorts. My wife and I were pulled into what was supposed to be a quick 30-minute presentation in Vegas. It dragged on for almost 4 hours, and we were lied to the entire time. They swore up and down that this wasn't a timeshare and that there wouldn't be any maintenance fees. Complete lies. The costs ended up being way higher than what we agreed to, and actually booking anything is pretty much impossible because dates are never open. To make matters worse, their support is non-existent. I’ve sent email after email to Member Resolution trying to get this fixed and close our account, but I just get total silence. We feel completely scammed. Take my advice and don't buy into their pitch because what they promise you in that room is not what you actually get.

We are furious with Sapphire. We can’t even USE the membership because there is never any availability, so we are literally throwing our money down the drain every single month for absolutely nothing! When we reached out trying to find a realistic way to exit, they offered zero real options. They basically said we’re completely stuck until we pay off our entire remaining loan balance, and then pay them ANOTHER $2,000 just to terminate it. Their only other "solution" was for us to find someone else to sell it to and pay them a transfer fee! So after paying thousands of dollars for a membership we can't even book, they expect us to pay off the full loan AND fork over two grand more just to walk away? It’s complete extortion. They do not care about their owners at all. Do NOT give your money to this scam.

We bought this timeshare when our children were younger, thinking it would be a great way to travel. Instead, we were lied to from the very beginning after being held in a presentation for 4 hours. There are constantly random fees popping up, and the points we supposedly have are entirely useless. Whenever we try to use them, they offer us unsafe locations and demand up-charges for a decent place. They say we agreed to things we absolutely did not. We’ve been trying to work with them for months and we’ve been completely ignored. Stay far away from Sapphire Resorts!

Avoid this company. They lied about the flexibility and availability of their stays, leaving me with a membership I cannot use. When I asked for help in June, they tricked me into paying even more money instead of providing a solution. My repeated attempts to reach a fair resolution have only been met with generic responses. I will continue to ask them to cancel my membership, and frankly, I want a refund for all the money I've been paying without ever going on a vacation. Do not waste your money here.

We purchased the membership last 2024,we got pressured by the sales agent by giving us all.false information about the benefits of being a member, they gave us all.false information starting from the first credit that they told us won't expire, even need to buy the first year credit they supposed to.include on the membership, they dont have great properties on the great location as they promised and even the recipient most of the time we need even a year before our planned vacation is not available and cost most than even your not a member, this is an absolutely scam company just trying to steal the hard earned money of others who just wanted to relax in a smaller amount, rather they gave us more traumatic problem in financially, the government should do something to timeshare company like this, they told us that even the yearly maintainacr fee will not increase yet it increased and worse high interest if you missed your due date, which is November for the following year maintainance fee, this is a total scam and very stressful everything they sent us dues and yet you dont even get any great service from them, they even told us its easy to sell.and.they can help you now you have to sell.it yourself even for free no1 will buy it cause the yearly maintainance itself you can instantly get a 1 week stay to great property even cheaper than their yearly maintaince, yet with them its just for your to be able to look for their available property you have to pay again higher cost than you book it to agoda or Expedia...this is the worst decision we ever made and we even lost our money supposedly saving for our retirement. This company should be totally vanished and they should return all the money of the member who doesnt want to continue their poor service and even their sales agent should stop doing this job..have a better way of earning than to scam other people who hardly work just to have money for their vacation when they needed. Their stealing not just your money but giving too much stress to their members,AVOID THIS COMPANY, I would give them ZERO rating if there is. SHAMELESS COMPANY
