Great product, great customer service

Great service

UPS lost package. UPS insists I take it up with seller. Seller led me to believe UPS would look for the package. UPS is not. Now it's been weeks with no reply from steambow and no response from UPS. close to 200$ CAD gone attempting to purchase a m10 magazine and trigger because of UPS's insane fees. I don't want the items resent because it will cost me an additional $60 in duties and handling and the m10 magazine doesn't feel like it's even worth that.

I'll buy from there site again
