Stein DiamondsReviews of steindiamonds.com

You can buy a diamond literally anywhere so I hope my review gives you greater peace of mind to do business with them. I would recommend Stein Diamond for a handful of reasons. They are honest, they have numerous options, have tremendous knowledge, and willing to make custom accommodations. They helped me with a very important purchase and I am completely satisfied. They have my business and always will.

I reached out to Stein Diamonds on a limited availability Rolex. After a couple of return calls they were able to provide a competitive price. Everything was as described and discussed. Very happy with the significant savings compared to other sellers.

thanks Chelsea for all the help and responding so fast to all my question ,Got the new Rolex today Wow its gorgeous will definitely buy my wife her Rolex from you thanks Again

Actually Chelsea Lage- but I call her handler because she handles all my watch requirements with professionalism and grace at once. I purchased 2 Rolex watches on a limited budget. And she chose exactly what I wanted! And when I'm down she hears it in my voice and cheers me up. If I choose other items she will say"I know your taste, I don't think you will like that- let me find something I know you will like" . And in a few days she indeed finds just what I knew I wanted. I've even sent my other watches, from Cartier to Hublot to be maintained to last a lifetime. She is a gem! All at stein must applaud her! She's that special. Chase Bodouva, architect , AIA

I was shopping around online for a custom DLC Rolex and came across a few sites that offered them. I am in NY, so I was skeptical doing any of this over the phone with a store in CA, but I called the store and began working with Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. She was able to get me the exact watch I wanted at a great price. I ordered the watch on a Wednesday and had it in hand the following Friday in less than 10 days. The watch was perfect, came with authentication papers, and a stamped appraisal from their senior gemologist. I highly recommend Stein Diamonds and Chelsea and plan to do business with them again in the near future.

Purchased 3 Rolex watches from Stein Diamonds over the past few years. Most recent one in November of 2016. Joseph Halpert helped me out with the most recent transaction. He was very helpful, and professional. Also price matched with another reputable online retailer. Stein offers a lifetime warranty on Rolex which I think is invaluable. The warranty lead me to purchase from them the first time around. The warranty, customer service, authenticity of product, and price keeps me coming back. Highly Recommend!

I have dealt with Stein for over 2 years now and they have provided outstanding service. Kim , my sales rep was extremely helpful

Checked a lot of sites and reviews before deciding to replace lost watch with purchase from Stein Diamonds. Good value and service.
