Connor is always quick to respond to emails and gets me in touch with representatives from the other vendors you carry when I have a question about techniques and products. He also keeps me up to date on any deals you have going on, which helps our new lab budget. He makes keeping my lab stocked quick and painless, and I really appreciate him!

I had a great experience with Michelle Monteith-Jones's customer service. She efficiently set up the repair for my bead bath and was always available to provide updates and answer any questions I had. After the repair, the bead bath arrived in perfect working condition. Thank you, Michelle, for your excellent service!

It’s not exactly due to you, but we only got 1 out of 2 items, so we paid extra and never got it. Thank you for sending the replacement.

I couldn't be more impressed with the fast and friendly service we have received working with Belle. We had a lot of red tape and difficulties securing funds and approvals on our end, and Belle followed up regularly, and provided updated quotes repeatedly to ensure we had what we needed. All while having an outstanding and pleasant attitude. This transaction has made me very optimistic about using this company in the future whenever possible.
