It does not do what says, it’s really thin and did not help me with correcting my step as a promised, it’s only a comfortable cheap foam Insole. Nothing special really Not a very easy weight return you have to get in contact with them to return the product, it’s very annoying when you cannot create your own return. It’s not efficient. The inner soles were recommended to me as I have been experiencing so much pain with plantar fasciitis, making standing any length of time and walking distances intolerable. The inner soles were extremely supportive in the arch of my foot and soft and padded around the heel. I have found my posture has improved and I surprised myself being able to walk around barefoot without pain for the first time in ages since using the inner soles. They are so good I’ve bought 2 more pairs and 2 pairs for a family member. I am now pain free.

Absolute rubbish. I ordered the height insoles but got these wafer thin bits of cheap nasty foam that were definitely not worth the price I paid.I will not buy them ever again and would be better off using cardboard. TOTAL RIP OFF

Having ordered 2 pairs of insoles for a European size 46, I received an order confirmation stating that European size 46 is equivalent to a UK size 9. This is incorrect. Also on the email it states "Please double-check that the size you ordered below is correct. If you need to change the size, reply to this email as soon as possible. We cannot change the size once the order is shipped." So with no way to change the order online, or any way to contact a human to discuss it, I immediately sent an email asking for clarification of what was being shipped and for them to ensure that they would be the equivalent to a UK size 11. I received a reply 48 hours later (now after the items had shipped) saying "Thanks for your clarification. Evelyn, Customer Service Representative" No help whatsoever. SO, I await my delivery but am severely unimpressed by the lack of customer support and concern to make sure that I will get what I ordered.

The insoles they are really comfortable. 3 stars because the estimated arriving time is "4-6" days, but surprise, it take 2 weeks to arrive me, that's insane and the price to be honest it's a bit high
