I walk over 40 miles a week and tend to have aching feet with a touch of plantar fascitis. I bought 4 pairs of Stepprs insoles and they have transformed 4 pairs of foot ware. I've tried various insoles over the years, cheap and expensive, and I find Stepprs insoles to be the best. They provide gentle cushioning and arch support and help with the circulation in the feet, they are just right and not too bulky. I think they will last well. They arrived just a few days after ordering.

The product is amazing! They only sent me 2 out of the 3 pairs I ordered and when I messaged them, they quickly responded and sent me the other pair.

I bought this product hoping it would help my Neuropathy from chemo which it has. The Neuropathy remains but walking is much more comfortable.

I ordered direct off the steppr website - 3 pairs. One I wanted to exchange for a different size. Their customer service is the most "faking helpfulness" Ive ever seen. They say they will do something, but then dont actually do it. Their entire "customer service" strategy is hoping you forget about it and trust they will issue you a replacement/ refund, and not actually do it. The first rep responding to me said I couldnt do a size exchange, but said someone else would be in touch for "other options". Why that agent couldnt just tell me the other options makes no sense, until you realize their strategy i mentioned before. I messaged back saying no one followed up with me so i would like a refund instead, and nearly a week later someone said "oh so sorry for the delay, we can actually do the exchange", directly contradicting the first agent. so i said great, lets do it, and let me know if i need to return the item i have because i dont have a shipping label. No response after a week, and i email back, saying "can I get a reply please" and nothing to this day. Dont order from them. They will waste your time with any issues/returns, hoping you forget about it, and you'll have to do a chargeback.
