l am afraid the insoles were not up to what you have said they were after about 15 minutes my feet started to ache and you cannot carry different insoles around with you just felt that l was walking on the floor after about 15 minutes or so very disappointed maby l was expecting a bit better.

I ordered my stepprs on April 30th and here it is June 11th AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM! it's ridiculous! I had ordered a pair of knock-offs and loved them so i figured I'd order an actual pair from Stepprs for my other shoes. what a mistake that was! Buyer Beware! ---UPDATE-- 6/18/25 SEVEN WEEKS LATER... they finally arrive. Wow. Honestly, I had given up hope. But here’s the kicker — I’ve been tracking the shipment from China this whole time: customs, international transit, the whole deal. Then today (6/18), I finally receive the package… and it’s postmarked FROM NEW YORK. Excuse me, what?! I don’t care how good the product might be — that’s just shady. I do recommend a similar product, but I’d strongly advise staying far away from this company. Too many red flags.

The Steppers were never delivered, they were shipped 4/27/25 but never arrived.

I ve always had lower back pain towards the end of my shift. I walk about 6 miles on the floor as a waiter, in a very busy restaurant. The shock is tremendous, starting with my feet and traveling to my lower my back. My orange stepprs have dramatically reduced the shock by 50% and my lower back pain is minimized, so it's easier to work on consecutive shift. They were a great find.
