Ordered size 8, package recieved was labeled size 8, but we're way smaller than a size 8. Contacted you by email to exchange and was told that you don't exchange and will have to buy a bigger size.

Einfach ehrlich mit dem Produkt aus China umgehen. Sohlen total einfach und minderwertig. Kann man auch bei TEMU, Ali Express für 3 - 4 Euro bestellen. Leider bin ich darauf reingefallen. Wenn es um die Rücksendung geht, gibt es Probleme, da ich angeblich 70 Dollar dafür zahlen soll, obwohl ich ein Rückgaberecht habe. Also Finger weg von diesem Nepp.

UPDATE: Emily from Stepprs replied to this review, stating she had sent me a request for the Order Number and my email address. Have to wonder where she sent this request if she doesn't already have my email address. I'm not going to post my email address in a review, but the Order Number is 1005625. I can only give Stepprs a one star review due to my most recent order. I first made a small order to give their insoles a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the increase in comfort and lessened foot pain. So I decided to order some more insoles. That has turned out to be a mistake. Their tracking system says they were delivered, but I never received them. Upon contacting Customer Service I was first told by "Mitchel" that I would hear from "his team" about rectifying the missing order. No contact was ever received. I reached out again requesting a full refund. "Mitchel" again responded, stating a refund would be processed right away. It has now been over a month since I reported the missing shipment and over a week since "Mitchel" stated a refund would be processed. I still have no insoles and no refund. I can only conclude the initial shipment was the "bait" and the second shipment the "switch". Do not do business with this company. They can't address a missing order and they can't seem to process a refund.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I accidently purchace directly from stepprs and didnt add promotional code that would have saved me about £17 on my order, i immediately went to cancel and replace order that they make animpossible task. So I reached out and emailed them,I had an immediate response saying they would put my order on hold while someone looked into it, I then got billed full amount anyway. Contacted them again to have them repeatedly ignore me, then eventually came back to say I had received the best offer, I screen shoted my cart with relevant promotion codes showing discounts would work that i hadn't i received only to be completely ignored again. Avoid this company like the plague
