Excellent website that was well throughout. Pricing was competitive and bonus the ballasts came with a finishes painted coat of white paint which we were going to have to do from others. Was able to mix and match height lengths for the stair system we have.

The product was true size and easy to work with. The team was easy to deal with. They gave me great advice with best price for shipping.
Rob
Top quality, sanded smooth. No need to paint it. And fast delivery

We ordered a white oak piece for a hand rail. The quality of the material was good and it arrived when they said it would from across the country. It was carefully packaged to ensure no damage as well.

Shipped on time. Received correct products. Look well-made. The pre-painted balusters I ordered were poorly wrapped. The packing materials did not surround the balusters; it was all on one side. Consequently, the paint suffered some scratches and some was rubbed off during shipping.

Bill, we are concerned about your review! If you would have brought it to our attention, we would immediately work to remedy all product concerns. We strive towards 5-star reviews, not because we are perfect, but because we want to ensure every customer receives excellence in both our stair products and service. Unfortunately, we couldn't showcase our after-delivery service to ensure every customer is pleased with the stair parts they recieve.

As advertised, the stock items I ordered were delivered in 4 days. They even found a mistake in my order (Not all parts were the same color), they contacted me right away and fixed my error. Great Product, and even better service!!
